Below are my current offerings for one-on-one nutrition and wellness consulting. A more detailed outline of what to expect during our sessions will be provided upon schedule confirmation.

Introductory Call

All consulting services begin with this complimentary 15-minute call. Here we will outline current issues, future goals, and areas of improvement you’d like to address. We will also discuss my scope of practice, and I will let you know what I can do to help.

Foundational Session

In this one-hour session, I will share: my review of the topics we discussed in our introductory call, and extensive review of your 3-day nutrition and lifestyle journal, and a generalized action plan. This session is ideal for individuals that are new to nutrition, and may have some general questions about what to expect. This session is also handy for anyone who is familiar with this work, but may have individual needs or questions that they’d like me to address.

This session is included in the All-In package. This session is a prerequisite to the Top 3, Supplemental, and Q + A Sessions.

“Top 3” Sessions Package

This package contains several sessions where we focus on your Top 3 concerns, goals or roadblocks. This is a good option for anyone with specific nutrition goals, or needs to address individual/specific areas of improvement - but has a general sense of how to implement change without dedicated guidance or assistance.

This package has the most flexibility for scheduling sessions, however does not exceed three sessions, or 2.5 hours of total meeting time.

All-In Package

This service features the most extensive and personalized consulting package available, providing a comprehensive experience that will empower you to continue making lasting, positive change. What we cover over these five one-hour sessions includes, but is not limited to:

  • The Foundational Session

  • A Personalized Nutritional Assessment

  • A detailed Action Plan

  • Progress and Follow-up Sessions, closing thoughts

This package will be highly specific to your individual needs, concerns and goals. A more detailed outline of what these sessions will look like can be expected after our Introductory Call.

Supplemental Session

These 30-minute sessions are available for established clients, for up to one year after our initial meeting. They are dedicated to reviewing anything we’ve covered in previous sessions, or digging deeper into topics we’ve touched on, or to receive additional support.

Q + A Session

Book a session for 30, 45 or 60 minutes where I will answer any of your questions, to the best of my ability. We can cover anything from nutrition, to cooking/recipes/meal plans, and even provide materials like cookbooks, blogs and websites as they pertain to your questions.

Sliding Scale Accessibility

Throughout my life, sliding scale and payment options have been the only way I have had access to a number of services, and would absolutely love to honor that same model with my own work. If you would like to discuss a sliding scale model or payment plans/options, please include a note about that in your initial email.
